Integration Walkthrough Steps

1Navigate to Developer portal: https://developer.safaricom.co.ke/ and sign up for a Developer Profile.
2Create a New App under the Sandbox or Production tab (enable Lipa Na M-Pesa sandbox APIs).
3Acquire your Consumer Key, Consumer Secret, and Shortcode (e.g., Till Number or Paybill Number).
4Retrieve your Lipa Na M-Pesa Online Passkey (typically a 64-character hex string).
5Input these parameters in Tilloza Settings > Integrations > Payments. Click "Test Connection" to trigger a KSh 1 trial phone prompt.

▪Never share your production M-Pesa Passkey with cashiers. Only administrators hold access rights.
▪Always use Business Store Till Number (Buy Goods) instead of a standard personal line for zero customer withdrawal transaction costs.
