Importing Inventory Catalog via Excel Spreadsheet

Integration Walkthrough Steps
- 1Open your inventory list in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- 2Ensure the spreadsheet contains these precise headings: Barcode, Item Name, Buying Price, Selling Price, Initial Stock, and Category.
- 3Save the sheet containing your records specifically in Comma Separated CSV or Standard XLSX file extension format.
- 4Go to Tilloza Dashboard > Inventory > Import Products.
- 5Drag and drop the spreadsheet. Use our visual Column Mapper to align headers, then click "Validate and Import Products".

- ▪Ensure item prices do not contain prefix characters such as "KSh" or commas in numerical values (e.g., enter 1550 instead of 1,550).
- ▪Barcodes should ideally be represented as raw numbers. If some items do not possess natural barcodes, Tilloza can autogenerate unique EAN-13 barcodes for you on import.
