To preserve the integrity of our Nairobi wholesale and retail partners, all registered promoters must adhere to the following framework:

No Price Gouging: Partners are forbidden from charging merchants supplementary platform fees above Tilloza’s offical published plan pricing.
Honest Representations: Explain internet connectivity requirements, backup/data-protection mechanisms, and eTIMS integration requirements accurately.
Support Turn-Over: Standard tier-2 hardware issues or complex M-Pesa STK push API failures are directly resolved by the central Tilloza technical support cell.
Immediate Churn Forfeits: Inactive merchant portfolios that are unpaid for longer than 60 days are deactivated. Splits resume only when payments sync.
